Nice baseball diamond set beside a school with a playground (school property). Can seat ?75 spectators. On the other side there is an open air centre for a variety of activities. Today they dropped the sides and had the floor area set up for Pickleball play every morning. After done that play, it is set up again as a covered picnic spot. On the side 3 washrooms available. Ample parking at the site and in an area beyond

Shakespeare Field Day is an amazing community event with so many volunteers pitching in to make it happen! Kudos!

A group I'm involved with usually rents this site every year. Never had a problem with our rental. Allows use of the kitchen.

Having an awesome time Roes Bootin in the little Rink in Shakespeare... Most times I'm the only one...sometimes they'll be 5-6 others playing basketball...RJ
The Shakespeare and District Optimist Hall is located at 3976 Galt Street in Shakespeare. The Hall is managed and operated by the Shakespeare Optimist Club. The large hall can be used for wedding receptions, family gatherings, buck'n doe, community events and sporting activities. The Shakespeare Park is also located on the same property.
