Attended my first and not last concert at this clean, spacious and versatile studio on Aug. 8th with Kathleen Kovacs and the Four Degrees showcasing their awesome musical talents. I loved every minute of it. This is a true gem of a place in Guelph for musicians and music lovers alike! I look forward to seeing it succeed beyond imagination! I would give this place 10 stars if I could!! Do check it out and attend the next fundraising concerts on Aug. 9th and 12th!

Attended a battle of the bands as spectators. My 2 granddaughters, both 11 years old, enjoyed watching the numerous musicians very respectively compete. The acts were very diverse, the staff very friendly and informative. We didn't get a chance to have a look at the rest of the studios, but we'll be returning in the not too distant future to check out the whole facility. Both girls were quite inspired and are now asking me about guitars and maybe lessons. Thanks to Royal City Studios and the organizers of the battle of the bands, You guys Rock !!! I heard that Royal City Studios puts on a great open mic blues night that my wife and I will attend soon.

This is an incredible space for many things! If you need an event space or studio time Royal City Studios can accommodate you! Here are some pictures from the last Canada's Drag Race Season 2 viewing party that was here. In the picture is Kimora Amour and myself and some from her performance.

I didn't know this place existed! BUT WHAT A GREAT LITTLE VENUE! Perfect for open Mic Thursdays/Open Jam night and Jazz Wednesdays I think was the schedule??!! Plus they have individualized recording studio rooms and sounds studios integrated into the building. Bring your jam buddies bring your guitar! drums are on site and amps/ monitors and keyboard. Nice little stage and rustic comfy seating, alcohol available and snacks! The owner can play that 🎷 sax. Nice place! Check it out! Very Open! Very Good!!!! Fun night.

Outstanding rehearsal facility. Spotless rooms. Great gear available. Really comfortable place to get some work done and be creative. No noise from other bands in other rooms. The people who work there are top-notch. Highly recommend this facility. Mike Fleming Practically Hip band.
