Place was relatively clean, and items were in working order. Was a little dated, but saw no issues in functionality.
I will say the address is small on the building so slow down if you are looking for it

Great place, a decent price for rent. Perfect spot for a stag and doe, excellent place for parties.

Great place for party, not fancy, but clean, great food, nice people and DJ Kieras Is the best. He plays the best music. Everyone was dancing. We had a great time there.

DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE!!
The people are extremely disorganized, rude, and unprofessional.
Not only did they double book the day of our event, but they waited over 3 months to let us know, leaving us in a struggle to find another venue in time. When we asked how on earth they could double book the date they continuously screamed at us and then hung up the phone, not letting us get a word in. Their Polish event was much more important then our event, which we booked almost in a years advance. They say that their rental contract is not a contract but a "receipt" even though it has "RENTAL CONTRACT" in bold black letters written on top of it and they are dishonest, awful people.
I suggest you try some different halls in Guelph, whom were happy to help and super delightful to deal with. Some of these being the Eden Mills Community Hall, Canadian Auto Workers Local, or the Rockmosa Community Hall.

Perfect spot for our stag and doe. Only complaint is that the AC didn't seem to make the place cool, and it was the hottest day of the year when we were there.
Our hall can accomodate activities and celebrations for up to 120 persons
