I have had several events here, and everything turned out beautifully. Thank you Tony, Filomena, Arthur & the wonderful lady serving us who's name I didn't get. Also I noticed many reviews said great service but removed stars due to lack of parking. This seems beyond their control. There was enough nearby street parking, and we were able to pull up and drop off/pick up guests right out front.

We just had our parents 65th Wedding Anniversary at Europa Catering.
Everyone really enjoyed themselves, and complemented the venue and the food.
The food was fresh and delicious, made to serve at time requested. The smaller kids were also provided their own little meals. We chose buffet style so our family members could chose what they wanted to eat. Food was quickly refilled as needed.
We wanted an intimate elegante affair where family could sit near each other and the staff willingly set up the floor plan to our liking. Staff were polite, helpful and friendly.
All the family really enjoyed themselves and especially my parents 🥰🥰.
Thank you Europa Catering for great service. You helped make it a wonderful day for us all!

I could not have asked for a better place grandosns baptism. This place is truly amazing and the staff were incredible. The food was incredible and their patience throughout the evening including when it was time for the party to end, I will always be grateful to Europa for making my night/our night and our guests night such an enjoyable experience. Thank you Europa with lots of love....❤️ ❤️❤️

Celebrated our friends beautiful wedding reception here, food was amazing, the bartender rocked and the overall atmosphere was great. Downside was lack of parking and slippery staircase to the downstairs

The price, quality of food, and overall environment was amazing, but one of the staff members who seemed to be the head of the team ruined our experience. Unfortunately we do not recall his name, but he had been an older bald gentleman in charge of the staff.
Before going into a rant about one particular gentleman, it's good to note that our decor person was refused entry into the venue before 12:00pm, even though 10:00am was agreed upon. She also notified us that they treated her poorly throughout the day. Not shocked after our experience.
It had been our wedding, and before the ceremony even began we were yelled at. This had been a gay wedding, and since he did not see a bride I believe he assumed we were both simply best men. I had moved a couple of the chairs for the ceremony only to have him come up to us screaming IN FRONT of our family. He exclaimed we could not touch the furniture without his permission. This was followed by him complaining, saying the decor was "too much" and that there was no room to dance. We told him after our ceremony finished our decor person would clear it. This was followed by him telling us our ceremony began at 5:30pm. We had scheduled it for 5:00pm, and fought back with him in regards to this only for his voice to get impossibly louder. He told us that on his time sheet it said 5:30pm, therefore we could not have our ceremony ON THE DAY OF OUR WEDDING any sooner! We told him to check his schedule again, and when he did it said 5:00pm... It seemed as though he wanted to pick a fight for no reason.
At 11:00pm I had an allergic reaction (long story), and had to leave in an ambulance. We told our family and friends to continue the night as we didn't want it ending poorly. We made them promise to stay till 1:00am (the time we paid up until). After we left, our bridesmaids told us he tried to kick them out! Not only that, but also AGAIN YELLED at them because they brought their bottled drinks on the dance floor and he refused to clean it if they dropped them. Nothing had been dropped at this point, or throughout the night, and he just continued to embarrass his whole team.
Do not get me wrong, the venue is beautiful and amazing for it's price, but how can we give it a decent rating when one of their head team members not only yelled at us on our wedding day without an apology, but also did it in front of family and continued to later yell at our bridesmaids?

Had a great time at the Europa Convention Centre. It was a wonderful event. It included dinner, drinks and dancing.
Dinner was a self serve buffet style, and so was the desserts table. The servers were quick in removing any used dishes, glasses, empty bottles, and cutleries from our table.
The event went smoothly as planned.
My only recommendation is the sign outside. It is hardly legible from the main road. We had to go around because we couldn’t locate it. The reason the sign and glass front door blended with all the other neighbouring businesses.
One would expect a large sign surrounded with bright lights. Maybe a large red canopy over a tall solid wood front door. If the outside matches the inside, how many more customers they would draw in annually.
This location is closed to the highway. It is right across the FedEx Depot. I mean FedEx sign is highly visible from the main road.

Went to celbrate enployee apreciation day ! This year all staff was new friendly but un fortunadly food was served super late , when they finally served it the amounth of food was super small like they will not even gave you a full spoon of soup rice or anything 😏 food was COLD and to be more desapointed found a big black Hair in the fried fish😱😱 when they served the las meal stake was so dry and had a bad smell and chicken was cold even gravy was cold . Very bad experience this year and surprise because this is the 4 year I go there . Should highly recomend all staff wears hair nets and hire more staff to serve food on time and jeeping food hot. Very dessaponted experience will not recommend this place and hope our event gets to be move to another site next year

Attended our annual table tennis group banquet here. Food was very good, desserts even better. Roast beef and garlic shrimp were the best. Breaded fish could have been crisper. Portugese natas and fresh fruit for dessert was a great finish. The cash bar unfortunately was just that.... cash only as they did not have a debit machine??!! Dean, our bartender was a great host and helpful in many ways. Not the nicest street appeal, but the venue indide was much more elegant. Nice overall.

I had booked my wedding reception with Europa 2.5 years before our wedding. We gladly gave our deposit and were excited to work with them. As time went on, we booked my wedding shower, but had to cancel due to the pandemic. Attached, you'll see a form they enclosed with a cheque for the full amount of the deposit that my mom paid for.
We decided to keep the date the same for the wedding hoping that we'd still be able to pull it off. Further into the pandemic, we realized we cannot uphold our end of the contract and neither could the hall. At this point, the contract should be null and void. I called and asked if the deposit I had given could be adjusted for a catering order instead. The answer was "that could work". I called the owner and suggested since it'll be Thanksgiving weekend, we'd still like to use the money to have food for a small reception elsewhere and we would use the leftover to deliver food to homeless shelters. She told me no. She said that she would not refund the deposit in cash or food....but it is also a CATERING company. So now they are stealing our money and not answering phone calls. These are family friends and she won't even answer my mom's call. If my mom can get her deposit back with a form stating that the refund is due to COVID, then I'm not understanding why others who gave a deposit cannot get the same? We booked our wedding before COVID even existed and I'm not entitled to a refund?
We've had many family events here and we were really looking forward to attaching Europa's name to something good (delivering food to homesless shelters) but now we will do that ourselves. We've lost a couple thousand that the hall does not need and is stealing from us. We've tried to work with them in figuring something else out and they are not budging. Customer service is garbage and I wouldn't treat my clients like this, let alone someone I've known for 20 years.
We will still celebrate our wedding on the day we want and we will go above and beyond to provide food for homeless shelters, while others remain greedy.
