The Caledonia Fairgrounds are among the prettiest and most functional in the Province. Located on the banks of the Canadian Heritage Designated Grand River in the heart of Caledonia, Ontario- the Caledonia Fairgrounds are perfectly situated to host your personal, corporate, or agricultural festival or event. The possibilities are endless!

Grand Hall: The Grand Hall is a 14,000 sq. ft. facility perfect for large banquets, weddings, festivals, theatre performances, dance recitals, stag and doe parties, sporting events, trade shows, and conferences.

The hall is accessible from a functional lobby area with multiple entry points from the Fairgrounds and parking lots. A large overhead door at the west end of the building allows for vehicle access for loading into the facility.

The Grand Hall also features a robust theatre-production Stage, an attractive mezzanine level accessible from the Hall or the Lobby, a functional bar with walk-in cooler, and a commercial kitchen.

Mutual Room: The Mutual Room is a 2,800 sq. ft. facility perfect for banquets, weddings, funeral receptions, anniversary and birthday parties, vendor shows, meetings, classes, workshops, and seminars.

The hall is located on the second floor of the Riverside Exhibition Centre and has big, bright windows overlooking the beautiful Fairgrounds and Grand River. The room is fully accessible via a modern elevator.

The Mutual Room features a versatile kitchen space in the adjoining board room. Fully accessible, clean, modern washrooms are located directly adjacent to the Mutual Room.
